What is the best way to drizzle the icing evenly?

Use a spoon or piping bag to control the flow of icing, allowing an even coverage over each cookie.

How long should the icing set before serving?

Allow the drizzle to set for at least 30 minutes at room temperature for a firm, glossy finish.
