Instructions
- Combine ingredients:
- In a large bowl, add the chopped salmon, garlic, ginger, spring onions, and cilantro. Mix together.
- Add binders and seasoning:
- To the bowl, add egg, bread crumbs, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, and black pepper. Stir until well combined.
- Form patties:
- Shape into 4 equal patties, about 2 cm (¾ inch) thick.
- Cook patties:
- Heat neutral oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Fry salmon patties for 4–6 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drain and serve:
- Drain briefly on paper towels. Serve hot with dipping sauce or salad.
