Instructions

Preheat oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
Mix dry ingredients:
In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and espresso powder.
Cream butter and sugar:
