02 - 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored, and thinly sliced
03 - 80 ml pomegranate seeds

→ Mascarpone Cream

04 - 120 ml mascarpone cheese
05 - 120 ml heavy cream
06 - 30 ml powdered sugar
07 - 2.5 ml vanilla extract

→ Garnish

08 - 30 ml shelled pistachios, chopped
09 - Fresh mint leaves (optional)
10 - Zest of 1 orange

# How to Make It:

01 - Combine mascarpone cheese, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium mixing bowl. Whip with a hand mixer or whisk until light and fluffy.
02 - Artfully arrange persimmon and pear slices on a serving platter or individual plates, slightly overlapping to create a snowscape effect.
03 - Dollop or pipe the mascarpone cream over the arranged fruit to resemble patches of fresh snow.
04 - Sprinkle pomegranate seeds and chopped pistachios evenly over the mascarpone cream and fruit.
05 - Top with orange zest and fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
