Non-Alcoholic Vodka Rose Shrimp (Print Version)

Shrimp and penne in a creamy tomato-rose sauce with bold flavor and no alcohol.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Pasta & Protein

01 - 10.5 ounces penne
02 - 10.5 ounces shrimp, peeled and deveined
03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 2 garlic cloves, minced

→ Sauce

05 - 2 cups tomato sauce
06 - 1/2 cup heavy cream
07 - 1/2 cup vegetable broth

# How to Make It:

01 - Cook penne in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package directions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté chopped onion and minced garlic until fragrant and softened, about 3 minutes. Add shrimp and cook until pink and just cooked through, approximately 3-5 minutes.
03 - Pour in tomato sauce and vegetable broth. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes to allow flavors to meld. Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream, then fold in cooked pasta until well coated and heated through.
