Tomato Peach Burrata Salad (Print Version)

Heirloom tomatoes and peaches with burrata, basil, and balsamic glaze make a colorful, refreshing summer salad.

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 medium heirloom tomatoes, sliced
02 - 2 ripe peaches, pitted and sliced
03 - 1 small handful fresh basil leaves

04 - 2 balls (approximately 200 g) fresh burrata cheese

→ Pantry

05 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
06 - 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
07 - Flaky sea salt, to taste
08 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Arrange tomato and peach slices on a large serving platter, alternating for color and visual appeal.
02 - Gently tear the burrata balls and place them among the tomatoes and peaches.
03 - Drizzle extra virgin olive oil and balsamic glaze evenly over the top.
04 - Scatter fresh basil leaves across the salad.
05 - Sprinkle with flaky sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
06 - Serve immediately at room temperature.
