- Mozzarella cheese: 1 cup (100 g), shredded
- Sour cream: 1 cup (240 g)
- Jalapeños, cilantro, green onions: Sliced or chopped, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Prepare oven and dish:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease a 22 x 33 cm (9 x 13 inch) baking dish.
- Cook meat:
- In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef or turkey until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

- Cover with foil and bake 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes longer until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Rest and garnish:
- Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with jalapeños, cilantro, and green onions if desired.
