Spinach Feta Protein Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

01 - 4 slices whole wheat bread
02 - 3 large egg whites
03 - 1 cup fresh spinach
04 - 1/2 cup low-fat feta cheese, crumbled
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# How to Make It:

01 - In a nonstick pan over medium heat, scramble egg whites with spinach until eggs are set and spinach is wilted.
02 - Layer scrambled egg and spinach mixture and the feta cheese evenly between two slices of whole wheat bread. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.
03 - Spread unsalted butter over the outer sides of each sandwich. Place in a preheated nonstick pan and cook on both sides until bread is golden and crisp and cheese is warmed through, about 3–4 minutes per side.
