# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 10 slices soft white sandwich bread, crusts removed

→ Filling

02 - 3.5 oz cream cheese, softened
03 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
04 - 1 tbsp mayonnaise
05 - 1 tsp fresh chives, finely chopped
06 - 1 tsp fresh dill, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1/4 tsp fine sea salt

→ Coating

09 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut

# How to Make It:

01 - In a bowl, combine cream cheese, butter, mayonnaise, chives, dill, black pepper, and salt. Blend until smooth and homogeneous.
02 - Lay bread slices on a clean surface and spread an even layer of filling over each slice.
03 - Place a second slice of bread atop each filled slice to form 5 sandwiches. Press gently to adhere.
04 - Using a 1.5-inch round cookie cutter, cut 4 circles from each sandwich.
05 - Spread shredded coconut evenly on a plate for coating.
06 - Lightly brush edges of each bite with water or extra cream cheese to enable coconut adherence.
07 - Roll the sides and tops of each sandwich bite in the shredded coconut, creating a snowball appearance.
08 - Arrange coated bites on a platter and refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
