# Ingredients:

01 - 225 g fresh salmon, finely diced

02 - 1 ripe mango, finely diced
03 - 1 ripe avocado, finely diced

04 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
05 - 1 small cucumber, finely diced

→ Condiments

06 - 2 tablespoons soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil
08 - Juice of 1 lime

→ Wontons

09 - 8 wonton wrappers
10 - Oil for frying

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a mixing bowl, gently mix the diced salmon, mango, avocado, green onions, and cucumber until evenly combined.
02 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, sesame oil, and lime juice until emulsified.
03 - Pour the dressing over the salmon mixture and toss delicately to coat all ingredients without mashing.
04 - Heat oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Fry wonton wrappers in batches for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp. Transfer to paper towels to drain.
05 - Place a spoonful of the tartare mixture on each wonton chip. Top with fresh cilantro leaves and a sprinkle of sesame seeds before serving.
