02 - 24 slices pepperoni
03 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (approximately 2 oz)
04 - 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
06 - 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
# How to Make It:
01 - Set oven broiler to high, positioning a rack about 6 inches from the heat source.
02 - Place square crackers evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
03 - Top each cracker with two overlapping slices of pepperoni.
04 - Sprinkle a generous pinch of shredded mozzarella over the pepperoni on each cracker.
05 - Lightly dust grated Parmesan cheese atop each assembled cracker.
06 - Broil for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese bubbles and melts and pepperoni edges crisp; monitor closely to prevent burning.
