Mango Avocado Salsa with Chips (Print Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Salsa

01 - 1 large ripe mango, peeled, pitted, and diced
02 - 1 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted, and diced
03 - 1 small red bell pepper, diced
04 - 1/4 small red onion, finely chopped
05 - 1 small jalapeño, seeded and finely chopped (optional)
06 - 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
07 - Juice of 1 lime
08 - 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
09 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Tortilla Chips

10 - 150 g tortilla chips

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, add the diced mango, avocado, red bell pepper, finely chopped red onion, jalapeño, and chopped cilantro.
02 - Drizzle with freshly squeezed lime juice, then add sea salt and freshly ground black pepper.
03 - Using a spoon or spatula, gently toss all the ingredients together until evenly mixed. Take care not to mash the avocado.
04 - Taste and adjust salt or lime juice as needed.
05 - Transfer the salsa to a serving bowl and serve immediately with tortilla chips, or chill for up to 30 minutes before serving.
