Ground beef, broccoli, and cheddar melt together for a quick, satisfying low-carb main dish in one pan.

# Ingredients:

→ Meats

01 - 450 g ground beef (80% lean, 20% fat)

→ Vegetables

02 - 150 g broccoli florets, fresh or frozen

→ Dairy

03 - 100 g shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 2 tablespoons heavy cream

→ Oils & Fats

05 - 1 tablespoon olive oil

→ Spices & Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Black pepper, to taste
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Wash and cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets if using fresh. Measure and organize ground beef, cheese, and other ingredients.
02 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil. Add ground beef and cook for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking up the meat as it browns. Drain excess fat if necessary.
03 - Add broccoli florets to the skillet. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes if using. Stir thoroughly to combine.
04 - Continue cooking for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until broccoli is crisp-tender.
05 - Reduce heat to low. Add heavy cream and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Stir until cheese is fully melted and a creamy sauce forms.
06 - Scatter the remaining cheddar cheese over the top. Cover the skillet and cook for 2 to 3 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Serve hot, garnished with extra red pepper flakes or fresh herbs if desired.

# Additional Notes:

01 - Ground turkey or chicken may be substituted for a lighter version.
02 - Add baby spinach or chopped bell peppers for extra vegetables.
03 - Increase red pepper flakes for additional heat.
04 - Complements well with cauliflower rice for a heartier meal.
