# How to Make It:

02 - Transfer the mixture onto plastic wrap and form into an 8-inch log. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm up.
03 - Combine parsley, dill, chives, and lemon zest in a shallow dish, stirring to mix evenly.
04 - Remove the chilled log from plastic wrap and roll it in the herb mixture, pressing gently to ensure even coating on all sides.
