01 -  Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grates to prevent sticking. 
 02 -  Brush the cut sides of peaches with melted butter. Drizzle or brush with honey, then sprinkle with cinnamon if desired. 
 03 -  Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear and flesh begins to caramelize. 
 04 -  Flip peaches and continue grilling skin-side down for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until softened but still holding their shape. 
 05 -  Remove peaches from grill and arrange two halves per serving plate. 
 06 -  Top each portion with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Drizzle with extra honey and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately.
