Preheat grill to medium-high. Lightly oil grates to prevent sticking.

Brush the cut sides of peaches with melted butter. Drizzle or brush with honey, then sprinkle with cinnamon if desired.

Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes until grill marks appear and flesh begins to caramelize.

Flip peaches and continue grilling skin-side down for an additional 3 to 4 minutes until softened but still holding their shape.

Remove peaches from grill and arrange two halves per serving plate.
