Grilled Avocado Black Bean Salsa (Print Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Avocados

01 - 2 ripe avocados

→ Salsa

02 - 240 ml black beans, drained and rinsed
03 - 240 ml corn, fresh or frozen
04 - 1 medium tomato, diced
05 - 60 ml red onion, finely chopped
06 - 60 ml cilantro, chopped
07 - 1 lime, juiced
08 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the grill to medium heat and allow it to preheat thoroughly.
02 - Halve the avocados and remove the pits. Brush the cut sides lightly with olive oil, then place them cut side down on the grill. Grill for 3 to 5 minutes, or until slightly charred.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine black beans, corn, diced tomato, red onion, cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Stir until evenly incorporated.
04 - Remove the avocados from the grill. Fill each half with the black bean corn salsa and serve immediately.
