# How to Make It:
01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add penne and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1/2 cup pasta water, then drain pasta.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
03 - Add asparagus, green beans, and peas to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until vegetables are tender yet vibrant green.
04 - Pour in vegetable broth and cook for 2 more minutes to soften vegetables.
05 - Reduce heat to low, stir in heavy cream and grated Parmesan. Cook while stirring until cheese is fully melted and sauce is smooth.
06 - Add cooked penne to skillet and toss to coat evenly. Incorporate reserved pasta water gradually to achieve a silky texture.
07 - Season with black pepper, salt, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Mix well and serve immediately topped with extra Parmesan and chopped fresh herbs.
