# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • The entire meal cooks on one pan, which means your cleanup is basically just rinsing a sheet and calling it a day.
  • Fish that actually stays moist and tender instead of turning into rubber, thanks to the gentle roasting method.
  • You'll have a restaurant-quality dinner on the table before your favorite show even gets good.
02 -
  • Patting the tilapia dry before it hits the pan prevents it from releasing moisture that turns into steam, which means your fish actually gets a gentle sear instead of poaching.
  • Don't fight your oven's hot spots; if one side of your sheet pan cooks faster than the other, give the whole sheet a quarter turn halfway through and nobody will know the difference.
03 -
  • Use parchment paper instead of foil—it's easier to check doneness without lifting the fish, and cleanup literally involves throwing it away.
  • Prep your vegetables while the oven preheats so the marinade is ready the moment you need it, turning the whole process into one smooth motion.
