# What You’ll Need:

→ Dinner Roll Dough

01 - 3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
02 - 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast (1 packet)
03 - 2 tbsp granulated sugar
04 - 1 tsp salt
05 - 1 cup warm milk (about 110°F / 43°C)
06 - 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 1 large egg

→ Garlic Butter Topping

08 - 3 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
09 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
10 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, dissolve yeast and sugar in warm milk. Let sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy.
02 - In a large bowl, mix flour and salt. Add melted butter, egg, and yeast mixture. Stir until a dough forms.
03 - Knead dough on a lightly floured surface for about 8-10 minutes until smooth and elastic. (Or use a stand mixer with a dough hook for 5-6 minutes.)
04 - Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place until doubled in size, about 1 hour.
05 - Punch down the dough and divide into 12 equal pieces. Shape into balls and place in a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
06 - Cover and let rise again until puffy, about 30 minutes.
07 - Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
08 - Bake for 18-20 minutes, until golden brown on top.
09 - While the rolls are baking, melt butter and stir in minced garlic and parsley.
10 - Brush the hot rolls generously with garlic butter right after baking.
11 - Serve warm.
