# What You’ll Need:

01 - 10.5 oz high-quality dark chocolate (minimum 60% cocoa), chopped

→ Nuts & Seeds

02 - 1.75 oz roasted pistachios, roughly chopped
03 - 1.75 oz roasted almonds, roughly chopped

→ Dried Fruits

04 - 1.4 oz dried apricots, diced
05 - 1.05 oz dried figs, diced
06 - 0.7 oz golden raisins

→ Spices & Garnishes

07 - 0.5 teaspoon ground cardamom
08 - 0.25 teaspoon sea salt flakes
09 - Edible gold leaf or rose petals (optional, for garnish)

# How to Make It:

01 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt the chopped dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl set over simmering water, stirring continuously until smooth. Remove from heat.
03 - Incorporate the ground cardamom into the melted chocolate, stirring thoroughly.
04 - Pour the chocolate onto the prepared baking sheet and spread evenly into a 0.25-inch thick rectangle using a spatula.
05 - Evenly distribute the chopped pistachios, almonds, dried apricots, figs, and golden raisins over the chocolate surface.
06 - Gently press the toppings into the chocolate to ensure they adhere well.
07 - Sprinkle sea salt flakes and optionally adorn with edible gold leaf or rose petals.
08 - Refrigerate for a minimum of 45 minutes until the chocolate is fully set.
09 - Break or cut into pieces and store in an airtight container at a cool room temperature or in the refrigerator.
