01 - 1 large English cucumber

02 - 4 oz cream cheese, softened

03 - 4 oz sliced turkey breast or ham

04 - 1 tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped
05 - 1 tbsp fresh dill, finely chopped
06 - 0.5 tsp garlic powder
07 - Salt and pepper, to taste

08 - 1 small red bell pepper, julienned
09 - 1 small avocado, sliced
10 - 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
# How to Make It:
01 - Wash the cucumber and trim the ends. Using a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler, slice the cucumber lengthwise into long, thin strips. Pat dry with a paper towel.
02 - In a small bowl, combine cream cheese, chives, dill, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth and well blended.
03 - Lay cucumber strips on a clean surface and spread a thin layer of the seasoned cream cheese along each strip.
04 - Place a slice of deli meat atop the cream cheese, adding red bell pepper or avocado slices if desired.
05 - Carefully roll each cucumber strip into a tight spiral with the seam side down on a serving platter. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning if using. Serve immediately or chill for 15 minutes for firmer texture.
