# Ingredients:

01 - 4 small flour tortillas (approximately 13 cm diameter)
02 - 4 frozen chicken tenders

→ Fresh Vegetables

03 - 180 grams shredded lettuce

→ Dairy

04 - 60 grams shredded cheddar cheese

→ Sauces

05 - 60 millilitres ranch dressing

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Prepare frozen chicken tenders as directed on their packaging until thoroughly cooked and golden crisp.
02 - Heat flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for 30 seconds per side or microwave for 10–15 seconds until soft and flexible.
03 - Cut the cooked chicken tenders into bite-sized pieces.
04 - Lay each tortilla flat. Evenly spread shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, and sliced chicken along the centre.
05 - Drizzle ranch dressing over the fillings in each tortilla.
06 - Fold both sides of each tortilla over the filling, then roll tightly into a compact wrap.
07 - Serve immediately, or wrap in foil for portability.
