# What You’ll Need:

→ Dairy

01 - 7 oz Brie cheese, rind removed, cut into 24 cubes

→ Pastry

02 - 9 oz frozen puff pastry sheet, thawed

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought

→ Garnish (Optional)

04 - 2 tbsp chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1 tbsp fresh rosemary, finely chopped

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 24-cup mini muffin tin or line with parchment squares.
02 - On a lightly floured surface, roll puff pastry into a 12 x 12 inch square. Cut into 24 equal squares.
03 - Gently press each pastry square into a cup of the mini muffin tin.
04 - Place one Brie cube into each pastry shell.
05 - Add approximately 1/2 teaspoon of cranberry sauce atop each Brie cube.
06 - Sprinkle with chopped nuts and chopped fresh rosemary if desired.
07 - Bake for 13 to 15 minutes until pastry is golden and Brie is bubbling.
08 - Allow to cool briefly before serving warm.
