Cinnamon Sugar Spiced Popcorn (Print Version)

Warm popcorn tossed with buttery cinnamon sugar for a sweet, aromatic snack that's perfect for sharing.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Popcorn

01 - 120 g popcorn kernels
02 - 30 ml vegetable oil

→ Coating

03 - 42 g unsalted butter
04 - 50 g granulated sugar
05 - 4 g ground cinnamon
06 - 1 g fine sea salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat vegetable oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add 2–3 popcorn kernels and cover. Once they pop, add the remaining kernels in a single layer, cover, and shake the pot occasionally. Continue heating until popping slows to intervals of a few seconds. Remove from heat and transfer the popcorn to a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over low heat. Stir in granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and sea salt until combined and the sugar is partially dissolved.
03 - Drizzle the cinnamon-sugar butter mixture over the warm popcorn. Use a spatula or clean hands to toss thoroughly until all popcorn is evenly coated.
04 - Let the coated popcorn cool slightly to allow the coating to set. Serve immediately for the best taste and texture.
