# What You’ll Need:

→ Brownie Base

01 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter
02 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar
03 - 2 large eggs
04 - 1 tsp vanilla extract
05 - 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
06 - 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
07 - 1/4 tsp salt

→ Decoration

08 - 3.5 oz white chocolate, melted
09 - Green gel food coloring
10 - 12 medium strawberries, hulled and dried
11 - Assorted sprinkles and/or edible stars
12 - 12 small marshmallows (optional)

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F. Line an 8x8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan or microwave, then allow to cool slightly.
03 - Whisk melted butter and sugar until blended. Add eggs and vanilla extract, whisking to smooth consistency.
04 - Sift flour, cocoa powder, and salt into wet mixture; fold gently until just combined.
05 - Pour batter into prepared pan and smooth surface. Bake 20 to 25 minutes until set but fudgy. Cool completely in pan.
06 - Once cooled, cut brownies into 12 equal squares.
07 - Tint melted white chocolate with green gel food coloring until uniform color is achieved.
08 - Place marshmallow on each brownie square if using. Set a strawberry, pointed side up, on top of each marshmallow or brownie.
09 - Spoon or pipe green-colored chocolate over strawberries to create Christmas tree effect. Immediately garnish with sprinkles or edible stars.
10 - Allow to set at room temperature for 10 minutes or refrigerate briefly until chocolate hardens.
