01 -  In a mixing bowl, thoroughly blend peanut butter, honey or maple syrup, and a pinch of salt until smooth. 
 02 -  Using a spoon, portion out small amounts of the mixture and roll into 15 evenly sized balls. 
 03 -  Coat each peanut butter ball by dipping it into the melted dark chocolate, ensuring full coverage. 
 04 -  Place the dipped truffles on a lined tray and refrigerate for 20 minutes, or until the chocolate is fully set.
