07 - 60 milliliters Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
08 - 1 cup romaine lettuce, shredded
09 - 25 grams shaved parmesan cheese
10 - 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced (optional)

→ Burger Assembly

11 - 4 hamburger buns, split
12 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
02 - Pat chicken breasts dry. Brush with olive oil, then season both sides evenly with garlic powder, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
03 - Grill chicken for 5 to 7 minutes per side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature 74°C). Remove from heat and allow to rest for 3 to 4 minutes before slicing if desired.
04 - While chicken rests, lightly butter the cut sides of each bun and toast on the grill, cut side down, until golden brown.
05 - Spread 1 tablespoon of Caesar dressing on the bottom half of each bun. Top with shredded romaine lettuce, grilled chicken, shaved parmesan, and cherry tomatoes if desired. Drizzle an additional teaspoon of Caesar dressing over the chicken. Cover with the top bun.
06 - Serve immediately while warm.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For enhanced flavor, marinate chicken in Caesar dressing for 30 minutes before grilling.
02 - Portobello mushrooms can substitute for chicken to create a vegetarian option.
03 - Crispy bacon or anchovies may be added for a classic Caesar twist.
04 - Pairs well with oven-baked fries or a green salad.
