# Ingredients:

01 - 4 ears fresh corn, husked
02 - 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter (vegan or dairy, optional)
03 - Salt, to taste
04 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

→ Optional Toppings

05 - Lime wedges
06 - Chili powder or smoked paprika
07 - Crumbled cotija cheese or vegan cheese
08 - Fresh cilantro, chopped
09 - Garlic aioli or vegan mayo

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Brush each ear of corn lightly with olive oil or melted butter. Season with salt and pepper.
02 - Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Place corn directly on the grill grates. Cook for 10–12 minutes, turning occasionally, until charred in spots and tender. Remove from the grill and let cool slightly.
03 - Serve as-is or top with your favorite garnishes like lime juice, chili powder, cheese, or aioli.

# Additional Notes:

01 - For deeper flavor, grill the corn with the husks on, then peel back and char at the end.
02 - Can also be cooked in a grill pan or under the broiler.
