Caramel Apple S'mores Stack (Print Version)

Graham crackers sandwich caramel, apples, chocolate and marshmallows for a melty dessert.

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 1 large Granny Smith apple, cored and thinly sliced

→ Pantry

02 - 8 graham cracker squares
03 - 4 large marshmallows
04 - 4 squares milk or dark chocolate
05 - 4 tablespoons caramel sauce

→ Optional

06 - 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, for dusting

# How to Make It:

01 - Set the broiler on high or preheat the grill to medium heat.
02 - Arrange 8 graham cracker squares on a tray and place 1 square of chocolate on 4 of the crackers.
03 - Top each chocolate square with a large marshmallow.
04 - Toast the marshmallows under the broiler for 1 to 2 minutes, or over the grill, until golden and softened. Monitor closely to prevent scorching.
05 - Lay 2 to 3 apple slices onto each toasted marshmallow.
06 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon caramel sauce over the apples on each stack. Dust with ground cinnamon if desired.
07 - Cover each stack with the remaining graham crackers, pressing gently to form sandwiches. Serve immediately while warm and gooey.
