01 - 8 slices brioche bread

02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing
05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)
→ Vegetables
07 - Small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
→ Butter
09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
# How to Make It:
01 - Lightly toast all brioche slices until golden brown for enhanced flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer sliced turkey, a tablespoon of cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if desired, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top the layered ingredients with thinly sliced red onion.
05 - Place remaining brioche slices atop each sandwich, mayonnaise side down.
06 - Spread softened butter on the exterior of each sandwich to facilitate grilling.
