Budget Christmas Sandwich Brioche (Print Version)

A festive brioche sandwich with turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, and cheddar for a tasty holiday bite.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Bread

01 - 8 slices brioche bread

→ Fillings

02 - 7 oz cooked turkey breast, sliced
03 - 4 tablespoons cranberry sauce
04 - 3.5 oz cooked stuffing
05 - 4 tablespoons mayonnaise
06 - 4 slices mild cheddar cheese (optional)

→ Vegetables

07 - 1 small handful baby spinach or lettuce leaves
08 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

→ Butter

09 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

# How to Make It:

01 - Lightly toast the brioche slices until golden, if desired for added flavor.
02 - Spread mayonnaise evenly on one side of each brioche slice.
03 - On four slices, layer turkey, cranberry sauce, stuffing, cheddar cheese if using, and baby spinach or lettuce leaves.
04 - Top each with thin slices of red onion.
05 - Place remaining brioche slices on top, mayonnaise side down.
06 - Lightly butter the outsides of each assembled sandwich.
07 - Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Grill sandwiches for 2-3 minutes per side, pressing gently, until bread is golden and fillings are warmed through.
08 - Slice sandwiches and serve immediately.
