03 - 60 g feta cheese, crumbled
04 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

06 - 2 teaspoons everything bagel seasoning
07 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

08 - Fresh herbs (parsley, chives, or dill), chopped

# How to Make It:
01 - Toast bread slices in a toaster or on a grill until golden and crisp.
02 - Halve the avocado, remove the pit, and scoop the flesh into a small bowl.
03 - Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mash with a fork until mostly smooth, retaining some texture.
04 - Spread the mashed avocado evenly over the toasted bread slices.
05 - Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the avocado and top with everything bagel seasoning.
06 - Garnish with chopped fresh herbs and chili flakes if desired. Serve immediately.
