# What You’ll Need:

→ Smores Assembly

01 - 8 graham cracker squares
02 - 4 large marshmallows
03 - 4 squares milk chocolate or dark chocolate

# How to Make It:

01 - Place 4 graham cracker squares on a sheet of parchment paper sized to fit inside the air fryer basket.
02 - Top each graham cracker square with one piece of chocolate and one large marshmallow.
03 - Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 3 to 4 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden and puffed.
04 - Immediately place a second graham cracker square atop each marshmallow and gently press to form a sandwich.
05 - Allow to cool for 1 to 2 minutes before serving to prevent burns from the hot filling.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • No campfire, no broiler watching, no burned fingertips from skewers.
  • The marshmallows puff up like little clouds and get that perfect toasted shell without any guesswork.
  • You can make a whole batch at once instead of roasting one marshmallow at a time over a flame.
02 -
  • Don't skip the parchment paper or you'll be scraping melted marshmallow off the basket for days.
  • Watch them during the last minute because air fryers run hot and marshmallows can go from golden to charred in seconds.
  • Let them cool for at least a full minute, the chocolate and marshmallow stay scorching long after they look safe to eat.
03 -
  • If you're making more than four, work in batches so the marshmallows cook evenly and don't crowd the basket.
  • Keep a close eye through the air fryer window during the last minute, every machine heats a little differently and marshmallows don't forgive overcooking.
  • Serve them on a plate with a napkin underneath, they're messier than you think and the chocolate drips.
