# How to Make It:
- Preheat the oven to 425°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- Place the grated zucchini, potato, and onion in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze out as much excess liquid as possible.
- Transfer the drained vegetables to a large mixing bowl. Add the shredded cheddar cheese, egg, breadcrumbs, flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.
- Scoop approximately 1 tablespoon of the mixture and shape into small cylindrical tots using your hands. Arrange the tots on the prepared baking sheet.
- Repeat shaping until all mixture is used. Lightly spray or brush the tots with olive oil to enhance crispiness.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until tots are golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven and serve warm with ketchup or desired dipping sauce.
