Whipped Ricotta Grilled Plums (Print Version)

# How to Make It:

01 - Set grill or grill pan over medium heat to preheat.
02 - Brush plum halves lightly with olive oil and season with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place cut side down on the grill for 3–4 minutes until softened and marked. Remove from grill and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta cheese with honey and a pinch of salt and pepper. Whisk or use an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.
04 - Place baguette rounds on the grill. Toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
05 - Spread whipped ricotta generously over each toasted baguette slice. Top with pieces of grilled plum, drizzle with balsamic vinegar, and finish with fresh thyme leaves.
