In a small mixing bowl, combine the heavy whipping cream with the powdered hot chocolate mix. Whisk vigorously or use an electric mixer until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

Pour the chocolate milk into a microwave-safe mug and heat in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes, depending on preferred temperature and microwave wattage. Adjust the heat for children if desired.
