07 - 2 slices cheddar cheese

04 - Layer turkey slices, cheddar cheese, cucumber slices, red onion slices, avocado, and greens (if using) evenly onto two bell pepper halves.
05 - Sprinkle fillings with salt, black pepper, and everything bagel seasoning if desired.
06 - Top each filled pepper half with the remaining halves, pressing gently to close and form sandwiches.
07 - Slice sandwiches in half if preferred and serve immediately.
