13 - 1 small red bell pepper

# How to Make It:
01 - Place the small wheel of soft cheese at the bottom center of a large serving platter to represent the turkey's body.
02 - Slice a small piece of red bell pepper into a wattle shape and a small triangle for the beak. Attach both to the cheese wheel using a dab of cream cheese.
03 - Place two mini mozzarella balls or small olives as eyes on the cheese wheel, securing with cream cheese if necessary.
04 - Fan out the vegetables in colorful, semi-circular layers above the cheese body to resemble turkey feathers. Alternate bell pepper slices, carrots, cucumber, celery, cherry tomatoes, and broccoli for visual appeal.
05 - Scatter black olives among the vegetable layers to add contrast and detail.
06 - Arrange assorted crackers and optional dips around the perimeter of the platter or on a separate serving tray.
07 - Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
