Turkey Lettuce Wraps Peanut Sauce (Print Version)

# What You’ll Need:

→ Meat

01 - 450 g ground turkey

→ Vegetables

02 - 1 head butter lettuce, leaves separated
03 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
04 - 1 carrot, grated
05 - 2 green onions, sliced

→ Sauce

06 - 60 ml peanut butter
07 - 30 ml gluten-free soy sauce
08 - 15 ml honey
09 - 15 ml lime juice
10 - 5 ml sesame oil
11 - 15–30 ml water, as needed

→ Garnish

12 - Chopped cilantro, optional
13 - Crushed peanuts, optional

# How to Make It:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground turkey until browned and fully cooked, stirring occasionally for 5–7 minutes.
02 - Add diced red bell pepper and grated carrot to the pan. Sauté for 2–3 minutes until the vegetables soften.
03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, lime juice, sesame oil, and water until smooth. Adjust with additional water for a thinner consistency if desired.
04 - Spoon a portion of the turkey and vegetable mixture into each lettuce leaf. Drizzle with peanut sauce and garnish with sliced green onions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts if using.
05 - Wrap lettuce around the filling, secure tightly, and enjoy immediately.
