# How to Make It:
01 - Wash cucumbers thoroughly, then slice lengthwise into long, thin ribbons using a mandoline slicer or vegetable peeler.
02 - Combine cream cheese, dill, chives, salt, and pepper in a small bowl until smooth and well blended.
03 - Cut each cherry tomato in half evenly.
04 - Thread one cucumber ribbon onto each pretzel stick, folding it back and forth to create a zigzag, tree-like form.
05 - Apply a small dollop of herbed cream cheese at the base of each cucumber tree using a piping bag or spoon.
06 - Place a half cherry tomato or star-shaped bell pepper slice atop each tree for decoration.
07 - Optionally, sprinkle sesame seeds or poppy seeds over the assembled trees.
08 - Arrange the trees upright on a serving platter and serve immediately to preserve crispness.
