# How to Make It:

- In a large bowl, thoroughly combine ground turkey, diced red onion, minced garlic, chopped jalapeño, cilantro, cumin, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix gently until ingredients are incorporated, avoiding overmixing.
- Divide the turkey mixture evenly and shape into 4 uniform patties, ensuring consistent thickness for even cooking.
- Heat olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Sear turkey patties for 5–6 minutes per side, or until each is cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, honey, chopped chipotle peppers in adobo, lime juice, and a pinch of salt until smooth. Reserve for assembly.
- Optionally, lightly toast burger buns until golden.
- Spread honey chipotle sauce on the bottom half of each bun, layer with lettuce, a turkey patty, tomato slice, red onion, and any additional toppings as desired. Cap with the top bun.
- Serve immediately with extra honey chipotle sauce on the side.
