# What You’ll Need:
→ Beef & Sauce
01 - 400 g ground beef
02 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
03 - 3 tablespoons soy sauce
04 - 2 tablespoons honey
05 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar or white vinegar
06 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
07 - 1 teaspoon chili flakes
08 - Salt and black pepper, to taste
→ Pasta
09 - 300 g spaghetti
10 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
→ Garnish
11 - 2 green onions, finely sliced
12 - 1 teaspoon sesame seeds (optional)
# How to Make It:
01 - Boil the spaghetti in a large pot of salted water until al dente. Drain well, toss with olive oil, and set aside.
02 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, vinegar, sesame oil, and chili flakes until well combined.
03 - Heat a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of oil, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant. Add the ground beef, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned, breaking apart with a spoon.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce into the skillet with the beef. Reduce heat to medium and simmer for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the sauce thickens and coats the meat.
05 - Add the cooked spaghetti to the skillet. Toss thoroughly until the noodles are evenly coated in the sauce. Stir in the sliced green onions.
06 - Plate the spaghetti. Garnish with sesame seeds and extra green onion slices if desired. Serve hot.
