# Ingredients:

01 - 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
02 - 1 red bell pepper, diced
03 - 1 cucumber, diced
04 - 1/4 red onion, finely chopped
05 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
06 - 1 avocado, diced (optional)

→ Spicy Dressing

07 - 3 tbsp olive oil
08 - 2 tbsp lemon juice
09 - 1 tbsp hot sauce (or sriracha)
10 - 1 tsp smoked paprika
11 - 1/2 tsp cumin
12 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
13 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Steps to Follow:

01 - In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, red bell pepper, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and avocado if using.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, hot sauce, smoked paprika, cumin, cayenne pepper, salt, and pepper.
