# How to Make It:

01 - In a large bowl, blend cream cheese, shredded sharp cheddar, mozzarella, grated Parmesan, chopped green onions, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt until smooth and fully combined.
02 - Divide the mixture into three portions for each snowman: one large for the base, one medium for the middle, and one small for the head. Roll each portion into smooth balls.
03 - Arrange the cheese balls on a serving platter, stacking largest at the bottom and smallest on top to form snowmen shapes.
04 - Use black peppercorns for eyes and buttons, carrot sticks for noses, bell pepper strips for scarves, and pretzel sticks for arms. Add parsley or dill sprigs as hats or scarves if desired.
05 - Refrigerate the assembled snowmen for at least one hour to firm up before serving.
