01 -  In a small bowl, mix together cream cheese, chopped dill, chopped chives, and ground black pepper until smooth. 
 02 -  Evenly distribute the herbed cheese mixture over each whole wheat wrap using a spatula. 
 03 -  Arrange sliced smoked salmon over the cream cheese layer. 
 04 -  Roll each wrap tightly. Slice crosswise into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
