Smoked Gouda Apple Grilled Cheese (Print Version)

# What You’ll Need:

01 - 4 slices ciabatta bread
02 - 1 apple, thinly sliced
03 - 4 slices smoked Gouda cheese
04 - 1 teaspoon honey
05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

# How to Make It:

01 - Spread unsalted butter evenly on one side of each slice of ciabatta bread.
02 - On the unbuttered side of two bread slices, layer smoked Gouda cheese and apple slices. Drizzle with honey. Top with remaining bread, buttered side out.
03 - Heat a panini press or skillet over medium heat. Grill the sandwiches until the bread is golden and crisp, and the cheese is fully melted, about 3–4 minutes per side.
