06 - 1/4 cup diced bell pepper
07 - 1/4 cup sliced mushrooms
08 - 8 slices pepperoni (omit for vegetarian)
09 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or oregano
# How to Make It:
01 - Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Place rice cakes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
03 - Spread about 2 tablespoons of pizza sauce evenly over each rice cake.
04 - Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce. Add Parmesan cheese if desired.
05 - Top each rice cake with chosen toppings such as olives, bell pepper, mushrooms, pepperoni, and fresh herbs.
06 - Bake for 10 to 12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
