Rebel Pistachio Lime Soda Float (Print Version)

Creamy pistachio sorbet meets zesty lemon-lime soda with yuzu syrup for a lively, refreshing float.

# Ingredients:

→ Sorbet & Soda

01 - 200 g pistachio sorbet (approximately 4 scoops)
02 - 400 ml chilled lemon-lime soda

→ Yuzu Syrup

03 - 2 tablespoons yuzu syrup

→ Garnish

04 - 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
05 - 2 thin lime wheels

# Steps to Follow:

01 - Place two tall glasses in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to chill thoroughly.
02 - Add 2 generous scoops of pistachio sorbet into each chilled glass.
03 - Slowly pour 200 ml of chilled lemon-lime soda over the sorbet in each glass, allowing the foam to rise naturally.
04 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of yuzu syrup in a spiral pattern over the surface of each float.
05 - Garnish each float with chopped pistachios and a thin lime wheel, if desired. Serve immediately with a long spoon and a straw.

01 - Choose dairy-free pistachio sorbet for a vegan version.
02 - If yuzu syrup is not available, passion fruit or lemon syrup provides a suitable substitute.
