01 - Place two tall glasses in the freezer for at least 10 minutes to chill thoroughly.
02 - Add 2 generous scoops of pistachio sorbet into each chilled glass.
03 - Slowly pour 200 ml of chilled lemon-lime soda over the sorbet in each glass, allowing the foam to rise naturally.
04 - Drizzle 1 tablespoon of yuzu syrup in a spiral pattern over the surface of each float.
05 - Garnish each float with chopped pistachios and a thin lime wheel, if desired. Serve immediately with a long spoon and a straw.
