17 - 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper, ensuring an overhang for easy removal.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the pumpkin purée, eggs, maple syrup, almond milk, coconut oil, and vanilla extract until homogeneous.
03 - In another bowl, blend oats, protein powder, almond flour, sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and salt until evenly distributed.
04 - Stir the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Fold in chopped nuts and chocolate chips, if desired.
05 - Spread batter evenly in the prepared pan. Bake for 22–26 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out mostly clean.
06 - Allow bars to cool fully in the pan on a wire rack. Lift out by the parchment and cut into 12 portions.
