Protein Yogurt Parfait with Granola (Print Version)

Creamy protein yogurt layered with berries and crunchy granola — a quick, energizing breakfast in 10 minutes.

# What You’ll Need:

→ Dairy & Protein

01 - 1 1/2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (low-fat or full-fat)
02 - 1 scoop (about 0.9 oz) vanilla or unflavored protein powder

→ Fruit

03 - 1 cup mixed fresh berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries), hulled or sliced as needed

→ Grains & Toppings

04 - 1/2 cup granola, chosen variety

→ Sweetener (optional)

05 - 1–2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup

# How to Make It:

01 - In a medium mixing bowl, whisk the Greek yogurt and protein powder together until the texture is smooth and the powder is fully incorporated.
02 - Taste the mixture and, if desired, stir in 1 to 2 teaspoons of honey or maple syrup until evenly distributed.
03 - Divide half of the yogurt mixture evenly between two serving glasses or jars to create the first layer.
04 - Distribute half of the mixed berries over the yogurt in each glass, arranging them to form an even layer.
05 - Sprinkle half of the granola over the berry layer to introduce crunch and texture.
06 - Repeat the layers with the remaining yogurt, berries, and granola. Serve immediately for maximum crunch, or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours.

# Additional Tips::

01 -
  • If you like breakfasts that taste like dessert but still leave you energized, this parfait works like magic.
  • The layering keeps every bite interesting so you never get bored halfway through your bowl.
02 -
  • Once, I tossed in the granola too early and ended up with soggy clumps—not nearly as fun to eat.
  • Mixing the protein powder patiently is everything—rush it, and you’ll find chalky pockets hiding in the yogurt.
03 -
  • If you prefer extra creamy yogurt, let it sit out for a couple of minutes before mixing—it blends like a dream.
  • Chilling your serving glasses ahead of time keeps everything cool and refreshing on summer mornings.
